Maccell printhead has three types of nozzle plate, with 7, 16 and 32 nozzles. There are available to use water, alcohol and MEK base ink. You can select the proper nozzle plate according to marking size and ink's type. The new technology of Maccell printhead makes the nozzles difficult to be clogged and allow the adjustment of the amount of sprayed ink with spinning solenoid valve. If necessary, it is possible to exchange only Solenoid valve or Rubber needle. The printhead has two different lines for entrance and exit of inks. It enables easy ink recycle and auto cleaning inside of printhead.
